Heather and I have built many homes over the years and Rodeo Homes and Robert St John are the ultimate home builders. The quality, consistency, and importantly the honesty are second to none. On time and on budget is the rule, not the exception. You will not find a better builder and have a better experience with Rodeo Homes. Plus he’s one of the nicest human beings on the planet.

Dr. Terry and Heather Dubrow

We built 4 houses with Rodeo Homes over the last 20+ years. When we sold each home it was the highest price that had ever sold in Newport Beach at the time of that sale. Robert St. John builds a top quality home, meets his commitments, and is a pleasure to do business with (which is a real plus in the home building business and why we built 4 homes with him!). If you want a high quality home, built on schedule, and have some fun building it, I would highly recommend using Rodeo Homes to make your dream home a reality!

Mr. Scott Bower

I have worked with Rodeo on several projects and they have been thorough and efficient. Robert St John has a long record of experience and it shows with his relationships with subcontractors, attention to detail, predicting where issues might arise, and always has his eye on how to get the most out of every dollar for his customer. Tom and Brett, the supervisors on my projects, run clean polite work zones and are always reachable and easy to work with. It was a work relationship that was easy and productive. I will look forward to using them again in the future.

Mr. Alex Alvord

Robert St. John builds, stunning, custom high-end homes with remarkable attention to detail – always on time and under budget (well, almost!). Most importantly, he genuinely cares about his clients happiness every step of the way. He is a star!

Dr. Scott and Margie Forman

Rodeo Homes has built two homes for our family, and both turned out absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, working with Robert St. John and his team was an incredible experience. Robert’s depth of knowledge and decades of experience in construction were evident in every detail — from design to execution — and gave us total confidence throughout the process. Holly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Every phase of both projects was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Robert made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. We highly recommend Rodeo Homes to anyone looking to build the custom home of their dreams. With Robert’s expertise and the Rodeo Homes team’s craftsmanship, you’ll end up with something truly exceptional.
