Tom Doolan

Growing up in a homebuilding family, Tom has spent nearly five decades immersed in the art and business of construction. For the past 23 years, Tom has been an integral part of Rodeo Homes, where he brings his hands-on expertise to every project. He takes pride in every phase of construction — from the first foundation pour to the final finish — ensuring that each home reflects the company’s standard of excellence.

Outside of work, Tom is an avid surfer and dedicated ocean advocate. He volunteers regularly with marine conservation groups such as the Coast Keepers in Huntington Beach and at the Crystal Cove tide pools, where he helps educate the public on preserving California’s coastal ecosystems. He also volunteers with the American Legion in Newport Beach, supporting fundraising efforts for local veterans.
